“Well my sons skates arrived, I could smell the box already, when I opened the skates they had been made into mouse nests and the insole socks were absolutely disgusting!!! I had to put them in the wash it was either that or throw them out. I contacted SD via Facebook as I couldn’t get through to customer services to be rudely told that photographic evidence was required then they stopped replying to my messages. I wasn’t thinking about taking photographs I was thinking about the rancid smell in my house before I put the insole pads in the washing machine. Very unhappy customer!!!!”

“Front wheel fell off on first use! Most other wheels needed tightening with Allen key. Wheel went back on and OK now but not great quality”

“Great inline skates, but the plastic wheels are pants. In store they come with rubber wheels and online with cheap plastic ones. I had to give 3/5 stars because of that. The ones I got for my boy in store 5/5”
