“This was my second order that came efficiently. However I ordered the same product on the 11th August to be delivered on the 13th and it didn't arrive. Which was upsetting for my grandson . This product cost was taken off my Mastercard, but I received no email or delivery note. I feel I have paid for a product I didn't receive?”

“These skate shoes/'heeleys' seem really well made. I think they come up quite big in the sizing. I've ordered these for my son for Christmas and had to exchange the first pair I ordered for the next size down as, even with growing time until Christmas, they would've be far too big. They seem well made though and there is an option to remove the wheels I noticed inside the box (which is good!) All in all, I'm impressed by the quality. They are quite a heavy shoe.”

“Ordered two pairs of Sidewalk roller shoes. One for a boy and one for a girl. The parcel arrived with the girls shoes only and all my attempts to are report and resolve this issue have failed! Clearly there serious issues regarding picking/packing/dispatch personnel and the customer service I received was extremely poor and the missing item whereabouts remain unknown. As such I paid for something I never received! As a elderly pensioner I can ill afford this loss and I would advise any potential customer to be very wary of ordering items from Sports Direct as they are very unreliable!”
