“Got sent the wrong shoes (fluorescent pink). Refused to risk PAYING! to send back and potentially get wrong ones again. Went to store who could only exchange not refund and had not got the ones I ordered. Got black instead but lost £5 I paid for delivery.. nothing they could do they said - and had to wait 30 mins in the shop as apparently the whole shipment was labelled incorrectly. So, paid £5 delivery only to have to visit the shop anyway and end up still not getting the shoes I ordered.”

“Ordered the grey ones but they sent the bright pink garish ones, this happened twice so I gave up, had to send them both back and my daughter couldn’t have them for Christmas. It seems they don’t have any grey ones left as someone else on here said the same. But instead of putting out of stock they just send a completely different colour which is nowhere near as nice and a waste of time and postage money back. Not impressed”

“Don’t know if these are good or bad,wrong colour sent,so returned to sports direct who do not refund original p&P of £4.99 even though it was their mistake.”
