“These were a present for our grandaughter so we bought these for her to try. She loves the colour and she says they are really comfortable. They seem quite sturdy but only time will tell. The one thing that is clear so far is they are great value for money.”

“as i did not receive my order till after Christmas i had to return it this order was placed the last week in November i email your firm on twice got no reply phoned 3 times to be told that they where busy to phone back later i find the service does not work so will not be making use of this service again”

“I had tried to purchase Girls wheelies which had never arrived. I had to contact yourselves by email to try and find out what had happened to order. Now I had already paid for the wheelies. SO being informed that order did not exist I had the horrendous task of trying to explain that I had placed an order on line giving all the relevant customer numbers, item number just whatever number was on email reply that order had been placed and paid for.Money had been taken from my account and over the period of three days back and forth being told order does not exist I eventually got a reply to say that order had been lost in transit. Ok well good enough then I had asked for refund and amount to be refunded to my account. After three days money was refunded. SO I will never order anything on line from yourselves and I have told family and friends my experience. At no time was there any form of apology. Anyway the child did not get her wheelies but she too is old enough to understand why. SO perhaps you could have a better customer service in place to save any hassle for other people.”
