“i have not received my order and am extremely disappointed with the service. i have emailed customer service several times with no response in trying to ascertain where my order is to no success!!! and am having difficulty in trying to obtain a refund of monies which were taken from my bank account when placing the order. would definitely not use this service again or recommend to anyone!!!”
