“Didnt even arrive. Sports Direct are not at fault but there courier Hermes is. Hermes has a terrible reputation and yet again they proved them selfs to provide a non existent delivery service. Do your research before trusting Hermes, its evident that they are beyond useless.”

“Avoid this chaotic and dysfunctional company at all costs. Paid for next day delivery - it didn't arrive. 6 days later: Was told it had arrived via Hermes courier. But item DID NOT arrive at address, or neighbours, no card through door. Nothing. Now going through formal procedure re non arrival of order. Words are ineffective in the damnation of this company. I wonder: is this why we're constantly being asked to write reviews?”
