“I ordered online, the box tbey came in was ripped, torn and some of it was missing. The skates were dusty, mis shaped and one of the eyelets was broken. These were a present. I phoned 4 days somesomes 3 times a day but was told you were having difficulties and to phone back later. I then travelled 25 miles to Thetford 's Sports Direct where i was told they couldnt take them. I was given 2 customer returns numbers but had no joy. In desperation i then travelled to the Bury St Exdmunds branch another 18 miles where when i showed them they couldnt believe the state of the box and skates! They have given me a voucher worth the value of the skates. I have spent hundreds with you over the years and im very disgusted with how i have been treated by your sellers....for them to send such an item kut to a customer and having to drive to 2 branches just to return them to you Regards L thompson”
