“Very disappointed. Box is ripped open in about 3 places. Looks awful to give as a gift at xmas Havent returned as it says I have to pay. So very upset about it”

“Very small. Quite annoying in the fact we tried them on in store in girls colours and fit fine but these were way too small. To send back in postage would cost £10. So £16 wasted on postage. Absolute joke.”

“The quad skates were a bit scratched at delivery. As it was a birthday gift I could not return. However my nephew was happy. That's why its three stars. If it would be for me I would have given just one.”

“After two uses, the stopper has broken off the front of the skate and cannot be reattached as the thread is worn. When the boots arrived they appeared used as they had a few scratches on them, but I put this down to shipping. I have contacted customer service with this complaint, but have received no correspondence back in return. Overall, extremely poor and very disappointing.”
