“Sadly, my grandson was not able to wear these skates. One of the boots would not adjust and when I took it back a member of staff confirmed it was faulty. To be honest I was disappointed with overall quality of this product.”

“We had a fault on the first pair of these where the stopper kept loosening. I emailed Sports Direct who arranged a return label and I had my refund and postage back within 2 days. We replaced with another pair and my daughter loves them!!!! Great service from Sports Direct”
