“Sorry, but the issue here IS your service (Sports Direct) - when the size didn't fit my son, you should have offered the same price on a next size up... but you didn't because we had to pay more. poor service at the tills (Nottingham) and overall lacking in a sense of customer care. I won't purchase from you again.”

“I emailed the company about the trainers yet no one has contacted me back ! These are no way a size 6 I am a dive 5 and these are to small for me I had a sad girl on Christmas when they didn't fit her .”
