“Trainers were excellent ! Fitted nice and really comfortable. It's the manner for which you have to pay for them which is dissapointing. Orginally I purchased a 7 the trainer fit comes up small ' so I had to get a bigger size... yup quite an easy and un expensive thing to do' you'd have thought? ... well no it wasn't ... to purchase a home delivery you have to pay 5 pound. I needed to exchange so I popped into store and asked about ordering the trainers to arrive in store so I could exchange and not have to pay another 5 pound delivery ' the assistant said this would be fine.. I order trainers ' another 23 pound plus 5 pound delivery ' I popped into store once they arrived only to be told my 5 pound would not refunded for the delivery. So far I have paid 23 for the first pair plus 5 pound 'then the exchanged pair .. another 23 and 5 pound - thus now totalling 56 pound! I then was told I could not have a refund on the pair I was bringing back as now I have 2 pairs ' I was told this would be a credit note ? Disgusting ' on a 23 pound pair of trainers ' plus delivery ' I have ended up spending just under 60 pound for the privledge of online shopping.. I will not be doing this again' I will spread the word to family and friends also...”
