“I got a size 10.5 and size 11 for same pair and had to send it back to sports direct which meant I had to drive to store for click and collect thrice since it couldn't be exchanged in store. I also had to call an 087 premium chargeable number for a free postage return which made it a lot more expensive in the log run so not a very good experience.”
