“This is the worst experience I have had with a retail store. I ordered this trainers and was sent the wrong trainers. It took over 20 days to receive the trainers I originally paid for and when it was finally delivered, the box and packaging was falling apart, could barely hold the shoes. And for someone that likes to keep my trainers in the box, the box is completely unusable and had to be thrown away. My overall experience trying to even get the right shoe delivered was awful, I was treated like I stole from them instead of a paying customer. I will not be ordering from sports direct again. And its rather unfortunate as my friends have similar experiences dealing with sports direct customer service and they too would not be ordering from sports direct.”

“Unfortunately I don’t have the shoes yet even though I ordered it over 3 weeks ago, sports direct delivered the wrong shoes and is refusing to either collect the wrong shoes from me, send the shoes I actually ordered, or give me a refund. This is the worst experience I have had in my life as a customer and I definitely would not recommend. You can not contact their customer service on the phone only via email and this has delayed the process even more because they respond every 3 working days. If you order from them, hope they send you the right shoes, if they don’t, they make it seem like it’s your fault. Again the worst experience ever.”
