“Only paid £18 for these trainers, they are good for gym work but the insoles could be slightly thicker, more cushioning needed for running but overall ok, you get what you pay for. They are true to size so if you may well think about buying 1/2 size longer than you usually wear for maximum comfort length wise but good value for money”
