“Sadly the wrong size was sent to me. The size sent was a size 3 when my size is 7.5 which is 41 in the European sizing gauge. I had to send the shoes back but have not seen any information on how to recover the money used for the purchase. If you have any information regarding this I would be most happy to receive this.”
