“I picked up these trainers amoungst a whole order and when i got home the right foot trainer was dirty/discoloured/yellow instead of white so i had to put it in the washing machine on a 30 degree slow wash and luckily it came out ok.I was not immpressed atall!!!(i did not have time to send back for another pair as a birthday was in 2 days after i received the order) I have placed many orders with yourselves over the past few years and this has now put me off ordering again.I do know that when you put trainers out on display that it is the right foot that you put out.Well you have had this trainer on display in one of your branches for a while for it to go a slight yellow colour and put it in the box with the left trainer(which was immaculate) so when compared they where completely different colours.These were a present for my mother so it was a good job that after washing in machine it came out ok.Not happy atall.I will be interested in what you offer me to bring me back and start ordering again.Not happy Regards.Danny Blain”
