The Nike Dart 11 Ladies Trainers are a lightweight running trainer with a mesh construction that also allows them to be breathable keeping your feet cool and dry. A thick moulded foam sole offers cushioning and support under foot when landing on the feet with multidirectional rubber tread on the bottom and front of the toe for added grip on multiple terrains. Supportive structures on the upper, a full lace up fastening and padded ankle collar and tongue work together for a secure and comfortable fit. Nike Swoosh branding offers instant recognition.

“These trainers were recommended for my daughter by her podiatrist and we bought our first pair from the shoe shop which we use because they expertly fit shoes for children, they recommended these for my daughter because they have support for her weak ankles and her arches. The first pair we bought from the shoe shop were brilliant, but extremely expensive. My daughter found them comfortable, supportive and they were fashionable too. Then she lost one of them, don't you just hate it when that happens?, I'd almost rather she lost both of them. So I bought an identical pair from Sports Direct - at about half the price! Needless to say, the missing trainer appeared the following day!!. Apparently the sports teacher had liked them so much that she had bought herself a pair, and the caretaker found my daughters missing trainer and put it in the staff changing room, thinking it belonged to the teacher!! Now my daughter has two pairs, one she keeps for school and the other for wearing 'out' as they look good and are comfy.”
