“Dear Sport Direct, Thank you for their interest from the ordered product. The ordered shoes size 5(38). (LA Gear Ladies Rainbow Trainer) But arrived: 5 (37). This is not my order size. I would like to send back the shoes, because I did not make the mistake. Perhaps, it was the wrong sizing of the shoes, or webshop mistake or wrong it was preparing... I dont know. If I send it back of the packet, it will more expensive, than the shoes. My question, that how I can send it back an exchange?I dont like to pay the package costs.My last order was not successful. I would like to send back more products yet. I ordered it many times already , there was not a problem till now. The size of the different trademarks caused being disappointed now.
