“The store didn't have my size, so they told me I could order online. I placed the order, which was straight forward and delivery into store was fast. When I went to collect the trainers, I asked if I could try them on and when I looked, they were the wrong size, I ordered a 5 and they had sent a 4. I was then told that I could exchange them or have a credit note, when it was Sports Direct error, not that I didn't want them. The Manager of the store then came, made a phone call and got a refund approved. It took a few days to get the funds back on my card, but he did get it done for me. Overall, disappointed that I haven't got the trainers that I wanted, but store Manager very helpful.”
