“i collected my skechers from the hounslow sports direct via click and collect. upon opening the box while in sports direct hounslow i noticed that the shoe box had a wide cut on the top as if someone had taken a pen knife and cut it open. The shoe box was in a very bad and horrible condition, and i had ordered it as a gift for my wife. It is not presentable at all to be given with the condition of the box in that way where there is a huge cut open. The supervisor of sports direct as well in Hounslow is not friendly or helpful but rather moody and rude while attending to customers query or complains. I was still on the till checking the condition of the shoe when the attendant at the till told me to move away so she could serve customers and to my surprise there was not a single person waiting to pay and there were 3 more tills open if there was someone waiting. I am not happy and wont be purchasing from sports direct anymore! P.S = get more educated and customer friendly staff for retaining your customers”

“These are great, well made, so comfortable I keep forgetting to take them off, a bit pricey, but can you put a price on comfort, I am in my 50's and I want comfort, give great support too, like walking on air, very good construction, I am normally a size 8 but got a 7 as they do come up big, great buy, great colour.”
