“These shoes turned up with dirty soles meaning they had been worn. I am disabled so cannot get out to take these back but Sports directs answer was to take them to the post office to return. There should have been an apology, a collection or a discount but there was nothing. You pay to get them delivered but when faulty Sports Direct expect you to make the effort to travel to a post office at a cost to you. My post office is over three miles away and I am unable to get there. So my daughter will spend the time to clean the shoes up. Sports direct customer service is disappointing to say the least”
