“I am a teenager with small feet a three to a four I had tried on a four in store they were far too big so I ordered a three online and they arrived I picked them up from the store got home tried them on and was absolutely devastated as they were far too BIG!! It was like I had a men's twelve on (I didn't) but I went down showed my parents and they were in agreement that they were far too big. But in store I had tried on a size two kids and couldn't get my feet in so I am really disappointed as the boots theirselves were £15 and I had too pay a further £4.99 to get them delivered too the store so I could pick them up!! I have now had too pay close too £8.00 to send them back!! I am fuming as I had saved up for months too get them and they didn't fit!!”
