“I was given the wrong shoes, when i took them back they did not have the ones i wanted in my size. The only solution the store could offer was me to drive round glasgow and surrounding areas to find a store with my size. Would not offer refund, order them in my size, or offer any other reasonable solution. Overall not good service and not a good experience shopping with Sports Direct online or instore! “These were ordered as a birthday present, unfortunately we were sent the wrong colour (black instead of white) but decided to keep them anyway, mainly because we thought the black looked smart and didn't really want the hassle of returning. But overall satisfied with the product except that the heels are very stiff and caused blisters on the first wear, hoping they will soften up in time ?”
