“On the website the size is indicated as follows UK 7 equals EU 41. When I received the shoes in Belgium, the box already said UK 7 EU 40. No surprise that my shoes were too small. I sent several emails asking for clarification, asking for a free return but the only answer I got was "We are a UK business, up to you to check the sizes". Moreover, I'm not even allowed to return in store. I'm very disappointed by this service (we have been loyal customers of the store in Ghent) and will never buy anything again from Sportsdirect.”
