“I ordered this top with another one as well as 2 pairs of cricket trousers for choice in fit and comfort, on line from Sports Direct. At no point on placing order was I informed that I would have to pay for returns preferably registered post!! I think that has changed my whole experience as it’s not just about quality of product but also about the experience and ease of returns. I decided to take it back to the store, hopefully to get a refund but was abruptly told that because I had ordered on line , I would be given a credit note instead!! This definitely should be highlighted when ordering on line from Sports Direct. I don’t think I would ever order online again from them. Total nightmare.”
