“The jacket itself was what I was looking for and fit well. Delivery too long and expensive. Big problem - a security tag that sprays coloured liquid was left attached to the pocket and couldn't be removed. Nearest SD shop uses different tags so couldn't help. VERY difficult to contact customer service by phone. It was the last jacket in my size so I had to return it. I asked to have it back when tag is removed or to be contacted if there is a problem. One week later I have heard nothing. Overall, jacket good, services terrible.”
