“We are most upset at our latest Sports Direct order. 14 of 19 items were the wrong sizes completely. There is no way that my wife and me entered so many sizes down incorrectly. Your system has obviously processed the information incorrectly and I would hope we would receive some type of compensation on the $75 we have had to pay to return the items to you. Thanks Andrew Donnelly”
