“The bra is great for low impact work in the gym, definitely for pilates, yoga, general weights and even cycling classes. I would not recommend for anything high impact such as running though. Good sizing too and feels comfortable on. I bought this in the sale, but would have paid Sports Direct initial pricing, worth the money.”
