“The delivery was good, however the actual product did not meet my expectations. I ordered a medium size and it was too small, so then requested for a large size and it was still too small. There was no further sizes available to choose from, if you guys can rather state that the product is a small make or have the options to check sizes like on superbalist website it would have been more useful before purchasing this item. It is a lovely jacket though and very happy with the actual look and fabric of the jacket. Thanks”

“Sizing a problem - I normally wear a Small or Medium but eventually had to exchange for a Large before it fitted. Arms also cut very narrow. Manufacturer not consistent re sizing and that causes issues with online ordering and unnecessary returns.”

“It was a large - my daughter is a size 34 - it did not fit her - my friend is a size 30 - and she just about fits into it. THIS WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT PURCHASE - PLEASE INSIST THAT A LARGE IS A LARGE. OTHERWISE RE-SIZE ITEMS TO SUPER SMALL, EXTRA SMALL AND SMALL”
