“Besides them arriving with a stain and having to go through the long tedious process of asking and arranging for SPREE to come collect and then follow up to find out when the replacement pair would arrive. I finally received the boots, which I am very happy with , specially the colour , fit and feel.”
“Boots arrived and looked great BUT had a bleached stain on the front. I called immediately to have it returned and they were only collected today, practically a week later after reporting it , which leaves me now having to wait for it to go to their warehouse to be checked and then to be re delivered again.”
