I paid extra to get express delivery in order to receive this delivery by latest 5 September. This order was for a work function last night and I was suppose to have worn these sneakers.
Due to this not being delivered in time, I had no shoes and now facing a hearing due to not having the correct shoes with uniform.
PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT HAPPENED????
Yesterday I was put on hold for 19min after phoning for 2 hours to get through to someone, the lady had absolutely NO customer skills and just put me on hold and NEVER retrieved my call to assist.
I AM HORRID and can not express how disappointed I am in Spree after supporting you for years!!!!
Please REFUND the money I paid EXTRA to have these shoes delivered to me in time- which I STILL have not received from you!!!!!!
Get back to me ASAP.
