“I am normally a size 5 but took a size 6 just in case. The boot fits but the zip is very hard to pull up. This is the second boot now that I purchased from Spree where the zips are hard to close or the top of the boot is too small. If its a size 5 or 6 that I shouldn't have this problem. I normally buy from woolies....the same style and size and I have never had this problem. Please look into to this because it is very dissatisfying when trying a product that is not right. Regards,”
“I think there is factory faulty with the Boot, it does fit but i cant Zip the boot. My friends also fitted the boot with thin feet but still cannot Zip the boot. I think it is a factory fault and i would like to have that very same boot, i am so sad for days.”
