“They arrived with all of the suede scuffed off the one boot toe area...I have asked for them to be collected and still no one has come to collect.
I try and try to call but get cut off each time I try.
I have also emailed and no reply.
I was dealing with a Stephan who seemed very helpful at the beginning but I haven't heard from him again.
