“Ordered this item for a present. A week ago i had problem with making payment at FNB branch in parow i then had to travel to tygervalley branch to make payment. I then emailed support service regarding my matter they refunded the money to my account and then i had to pay an extra coz i got discount the 1st time then i couldnt deliver the item to the person. I then placed another order as the order arrived it was damaged and it clearly states that they do check before the item leaves the wear house which i find is wrong. I require that i atleast get this item for free or a box to put the item in as i am not happy with this service they provided to me. On that i will not pay any courier fees. UNHAPPY!!!!!!”
