“The colour was incorrectly displayed on the box, the size varied on the sole of the shoe and a different size inside the shoe. I received the wrong colour and size and when I contacted customer services I was made to feel as if it's my mistake and because I worn the shoe without realizing, it could potentially mean that I will not receive an exchange.”
