“The bag itself is gorgeous and looks very well made. The strap is not nearly as vibrant as the picture which is disappointing. It actually brings down the design of the bag. I wish I could change it out to something else. The description is very inaccurate!!! This is NOT a cross-body bag, nor does it have a zip closure! These were both selling points for me. I have decided to keep the bag regardless as it really is gorgeous.”
