“The sleeves/ straps on this dress do not stay down and ride up constantly every time you move, they have not been designed to stay horizontal, I think they have just bee stretched and placed that way on the photo. Other than that the fabric is fine, it is true to size and would be flattering if the sleeves stayed in place.”
