I had a terrible 1sr experience with you guys. Battles for over a week to get my order. One of the call agents there picked up my call from your helpdesk and instead of assisting with my query she carried on chatting to her friend in isixhosa in my ear. I had to hang up and call again and was still placed on hold. To top everything off the wrong bag was delivered to me and the courier guy who came to pick up the bag was rude to me.”
“IT WAS HARD TO OPEN THIS BAG I ENDED UP ACTUALLY BREAKING THE CLIP , I DIDN'T EVEN USE THIS BAG ITS VERY CUTE BUT THERE SHOULD BE AN INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO OPEN IT AS I ONLY REALIZED AFTER I BROKE IT.”
