“You had a 40% sale for a couple of hours. I purchased 2 pairs of Converse sneakers, both being a size 9. Upon delivery I noticed that only 1 was a size 9 and this 1 was a size 7. The receipt itself had the correct order on it but you packed the incorrect size. With this particular instance which is obviously a fault on your side, I only had 2 options on return. Either I receive a refund or I receive store credit. No direct swop was offered because obviously should I have done the return I would have completely lost out on the deal and would have to pay full price for a fault on your side, so how does one even benefit then on your "deals". I then emailed your customer service explaining the situation I am sitting with, that I know the returns policy and process as I am a long standing customer of Spree and that I would like a direct swop. A lovely response from him/her was what looked like a copy and paste email of the returns procedure (really???????). I then called in and after an hour on a call with Nfundo, he managed to assist me and really went out of his way to sort this error of yours out. Thank you to Nfundo, you did not lose one of your loyal customers! Your return options DEFINITELY needs to be reviewed, ESPECIALLY in an instance like this where the fault of delivering the incorrect item is on you side.”
