“I love the back pack, but it's the quality control and service that really pissed me off. I ordered this back pack for my daughter in July, only to realize that it was defective (back strap was stitched incorrectly, could not be used) it took me forever to get through to you guys. Finally when i did I had to wait weeks for your'll to collect the bag. Then when I finally received the new back pack last week...there it is again, same defect!!! I'm really very disappointed with your service, won't order with your'll ever again.”
