“The small strap that ties around the neck is a reject..... cannot loosen and too small to go over your head........ The part where you pull the one side to make it smaller or bigger is in on the side and not even at the back of the of your neck. I do believe this top is a reject. There is no ways that any person would be able to get their head through that.”
