“I ordered 3 Valves through Amazon. When they arrived I found that one of the valves was missing the manual handle that turns on the valve. I called your company and was connected to Krystin (sp). She was most helpful and assured me the problem would be solved. Sure enough. The following Tuesday I received an e-mail from Krystin stating a new valve had been shipped. Installation was rather straight forward with no complications. All valves work as designed. A very good product.
