“Received the product Friday & noticed the single box it was shipped in had damage on one side where a threaded water connection was laying inside. Looks like it was dropped. It should have been packed in a outer box like every other company does. I don't want to risk installing a damaged device. I will have to return this item get one from another company that packs the item properly.”
