Needed this last minute when we turned on the sprinkler system and it was a "no go". Found it on Sprinkler Supply. Good price and even came earlier than expected! Would purchase from them again! Thank you.

The part came in a broken/ opened box. It looked like a used item otherwise the original box would be sealed without any large holes. The part worked but not sure if will be shopping here again.

Hi, thanks for getting in touch. We do not send out used items, everything that we ship is new from the manufacturer. Your Wilkins backflow came with the full manufacturer's warranty, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any issues at all with the backflow.

I picked this up to replace an existing unit. It said it was reversable (can be used either turned left or right) but you do have to swing the ports to have access to them with a screwdriver to open the bleeders and if your concerned with room you would have to do the same with the ball valves (I had room so I left it alone and just moved the ports only. Fired it up the other day and works like I expect it to.

Had the same model, but the internal brass top had cracked (I think during the prior foreclosure it wasn't winterized). Looked around and saw that I could buy the internal springs and seals separately as well as the brass top and black top separately. I wanted to replace all of the parts, but found that just buying a whole unit was cheaper than buying the three separate items. Was able to disassemble the old and put the parts from the new one inside. Took only a couple minutes and works perfectly. Thanks Wilkins for keeping the same design!
