“It took 2 attempts to finally get this Preventer installed for my lawn irrigation system. First attempt, UPS sheared off one of the bleed valves on the front of the unit. UPS handled shipment back to Sprinkler Supply Store and a 2nd unit was shipped to my house. Support staff at Sprinkler Supply were prompt with responses to my email. The only beef I had was the back-ordered status of the unit from Sprinkler Supply prior to the first and second shipments.”
