“Merchandise quality was excellent, service is excellent except that I am still irritated that you would charge me a restocking fee for a return of items due to the omission of one character on the order request and then you turn right around and give me a discount and free shipping on a new order. I would fire the dufus who come up with a supposed restocking fee! When you sell quality merchandise at a fair price, customers are buying from you for that purpose alone not because of a discount. When you screw them with phony fees, they will shop elsewhere!!!!!”
