“Very poor service, ordered on 6/1 in the morning, was not processed until 6/3, did not move until 6/5 and when I called I was told I would have it by 6/8. I am no idiot, the tracking tells me I won't get the valves until 6/12. That is a very unacceptable time from order to receiving. That now prevents me from going fishing for the weekend on 6/9 that is why I ordered when I did to have time to get the bad valves replaced . 11 days is totally unacceptable.”

Hi Richard, thanks for your review. My apologies for the delay, I agree that it isn't acceptable. Our warehouse missed the 24 hour shipping window, which would have placed the order in your hands on the 8th as promised. The day delay and the weekend resulted in three more days of waiting for the order. I have credited you back for the shipping, and I am following up with the appropriate people at the warehouse.
