“My company installs municipal water and sewer lines. Specifications call for this direct bury splice, they are easy to install and have never been an issue. We install 300 to 500 units annually. Sprinkler Supply Store is a great source for this product. Shipping is fast and pricing is awesome.”

“The 3M underground gel filled splice kit no. DBR/Y-6 filled half of my needs. For the half of my needs that the DBR/Y-6 filled--it is great. My problem is that I also needed 3M's underground gel filled splice kit no. DBO/B-6, which I believe is of a smaller physical size because it only accepts 2 conductors (unlike the DBR/Y-6 which accepts 3 conductors). While it is possible to utilize a DBR/Y-6 in place of a DBO/B-6; my problem is physical space. I am having to repair several damaged solenoids (and their associated piping) inside of a small Irrigation Control Box. I did manage to locate the smaller DBO/B-6 splices; however, for some reason they are not carried by Irrigation (and Outdoor Lighting) on-line companies. I finally located them at Anixter (a company that retails electrical wiring--primarily to Utilities and Contractors). They graciously agreed to supply the DBO/B-6 splices I needed; however, I really wish I could have obtained all of my needs from your store rather than having to search.”
