“Sprinkler Supply Store has the best customer service! I ordered an 2711DPR anti-siphon valve and received one that looked like a return. I wrote that in a review. The next day I had a phone message from Sprinkler Supply apologizing and said a new one was on it's way. Sure enough, a new valve was received a couple of days later. Sprinkler asked if I wouldn't mind taking a photo of the used looking valve for their use when they talk to the warehouse people about not shipping returned parts. They didn't require me to do this as proof, they just asked, the new part had already been shipped. I was delighted to find such great customer service and will be buying all needed sprinkler parts from Sprinkler Supply!”

“Haven't installed this yet so can't comment on its function. The part arrived with no box and was clearly a return with wrench marks and some kind of putty in the threads. Disappointing since I expected a new part in the box. Hoping it works.”

Hi - our apologies for the apparently used part. I'll be following up directly via phone, as there are two different parts on this order. Our valves come contractor grade, not individually packaged, so there wouldn't have been a box, but the product certainly should have been new. We'll get this resolved ASAP.
