“The valve show in the picture is not the ones I received. The ones I ordered have screw on tops and the ones shipped has screw on tops. I need the exact replacements as I'm replacing the guts of the valves so I do not have to cut any pipes.”

“Initially I ordered the wrong part, but return was a breeze and the replacement came quick. To ensure my replacement would fit, I called to verify I was ordering the right part - the order-taker quickly took my phone number and had a tech call about 20 minutes later.
